【摘要】 目的 建立简便、快速、灵敏的新方法，用以测定硫酸奈替米星。方法 以硫酸奈替米星对鲁米诺-H 2 O 2 化学发光反应的催化作用为基础，结合流动注射技术快速测定硫酸奈替米星。结果 线性范围:0.1～10.0ng/ml;检测限:0.03ng/ml(3σ)，RSD<2.5%(n=5)。结论 该方法选择性好，灵敏度高，可用标准加入法，分别测定尿样和血样中硫酸奈替米星的含量。
