【摘要】 目的 观察AS患者血浆中纤维蛋白原(Fbg)的水平与其病情活动之间的相关性。方法 选择136例住院的AS，测定其中Fbg含量，观察与病情活动指标间的相关性同时设立对照组。结果 AS组血浆Fbg水平明显高于对照组，男性AS组显著高于女性AS组，且AS组血浆Fbg水平与骶髂关节炎(3级)及抗ACL抗体阳性有显著相关性。经治疗病情缓解ESR、CRP、IgG、IgA达正常后Fbg亦随之下降。结论 AS患者血中Fbg水平显著高于正常，且血浆Fbg水平与疾病活动性有显著正相关，提示:采用降低AS患者血浆Fbg水平似可望作为探讨防治AS的一种新的辅助策略。
