【摘要】 目的 探讨医源性胆管损伤的发生原因、处理方法及预防措施。方法 对9例医源性胆管损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 术中发现3例，术后发现6例；随访6例，4例恢复优，2例恢复良。结论 保持警惕、规范操作、术中造影是预防医源性胆管损伤的关键，早期发现和正确处理对预后十分重要。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the cause，treatment and prevention for iatrogenic bile duct injury.Methods The clinical records of 9 patients with iatrogenic bile duct injuries were studied retrospectively.Results 3 cases of iatrogenic bile duct injury were found during the operation,6 cases were found after the operation; 6 cases were followed,4 cured and 2 mended.Conclusion In order to prevent the bile duct injures，it is critical for doctors to maintain vigilance，perform standard operation and cholangiography during operation.
