机用ProTaper预备磨牙弯曲根管的临床评价

[摘要]目的:观察机用ProTaper预备磨牙弯曲根管的临床效果。方法:将134例患者分为机用ProTaper预备磨牙弯曲根管和传统K锉预备磨牙弯曲根管两组,观察比较两组的根管形态预备及断针情况、根充效果、术后1周根尖反应情况、根管预备时间。结果:机用ProTaper预备磨牙弯曲根管各方面均优于传统K锉方法。结论:ProTaper机用镍钛器械用于弯曲根管预备时不易发生断针,根管形态可达到连续的锥度,根充效果好,充填后疼痛发生率低,节约时间提高工作效率。
