形体雕塑技术的新进展(3)
9 展望
目前现行的各种形体雕塑手段各有其优缺点，临床上可以根据具体的情况选择应用。一般说来，传统的负压吸脂已不再用于大容量脂肪的抽吸而采用超声辅助吸脂术、动力辅助吸脂术以及水射流辅助吸脂术来进行；对于较小容量脂肪的抽吸或者是吸脂后局部修整则可以选择注射器法负压吸脂术、注射溶脂术、冷冻溶脂术、射频溶脂及激光溶脂。而要达到收紧松弛皮肤效果的，体外超声辅助吸脂、射频溶脂、激光溶脂甚至注射溶脂都可能是不错的选择，但具体还需要更多的基础及临床研究。目前看来，寻求一些操作更简便、创伤更小、恢复更快且有紧肤作用的去脂方式是形体雕塑技术发展的主流。
