L形下睑延长切口法联合重睑成形术矫正内眦赘皮(1)
[摘要]目的：探究L形下瞼延长切口法联合重睑成形术矫正内眦赘皮的临床效果。方法：选取沧州地区内眦赘皮就医者133例为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用L形下睑延长切口法联合重睑成形术，对照组采用传统横切内眦赘皮矫正术。术后随访6个月，观察并比较两组患者术后效果、术后瘢痕评分等情况。结果：两组就医者术后内眦间距、睑裂角角度及倾斜度相较于术前均有明显降低，睑裂长度明显增长；术后观察组内眦间距明显低于对照组，睑裂长度大于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组睑裂角角度及倾斜度比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后7d、3个月、6个月的瘢痕评分均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治愈率及满意度(98.57%，98.57%)均高于对照组(85.71%，80.95%)，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组复发率为1.43%低于对照组的7.94%，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：L形下睑延长切口法联合重睑成形术矫正内眦赘皮，术后内眦赘皮矫正完善，内眦角位置形态均自然，远近期瘢痕不明显，效果理想，患者满意度高，值得临床推广使用。

The Extension of L-shaped Lower Eyelid Incision Combined with Double Eyelid Plasty for Correction of the Epicanthus

Abstract： Objective To explore the clinical effect of the correction of epicanthus by the extension of L-shaped lower eyelid incision combined with double eyelid plasty. Methods 133 cases of patients with epicanthus were selected as the research objects in Cangzhou， were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with L-shaped lower eyelid extension incision combined with double eyelid plasty， while the control group was treated with traditional transection of the epicanthus. The follow-up period was 6 months. The postoperative outcomes， postoperative scar scores and so on were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The distance between the inner canthus， the angle and inclination of the cleft angle of the eyelid and the length of the cleft palpebrae of the two groups were significantly decreased after operation， the distance between inner canthus of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group， the length of blepharoplasty was longer than that of control group， the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the angle and inclination of the palpebral fissure(P>0.05). The scar scores of the observation group at 7d， 3 months and 6 months after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The cure rate and satisfaction of the observation group (98.57%， 98.57%) were higher than those of the control group (85.71%， 80.95%)， the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was 1.43%， which was lower than that of the control group(7.94%)， but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The extension of L-shaped lower eyelid incision combined with double eyelid plasty for correction of epicanthus， postoperative epicanthus correction is perfect， the position of epicanthus angle is natural， the scar is not obvious in the near future， the effect is ideal， patient satisfaction is high， worthy of clinical application., 百拇医药(孙福生)
