[摘要]痤疮是常见的皮肤病，其发病与性激素水平异常及胰岛素抵抗有一定相关性，本文综述了近年来对于痤疮与性激素、胰岛素样生长因子关系的研究进展，介绍了各种性激素水平高低与痤疮发病的关系，以及一些内分泌疾病与痤疮的伴发情况，希望在临床工作中对于痤疮患者的诊治有所帮助。
