摘要 目的：优化归红活血凝胶膏剂的基质处方。方法：采用单因素考察法考察各个因素对基质性能的影响。选择影响最大的3个因素作为星点设计的考察因素，以综合评分为考察指标，进行实验预测最优处方，并进行验证。结果：归红活血镇痛凝胶膏剂基质的最佳配比为：NP-700 2.38 g，PVP-K90 2.25 g，甘羟铝1.0 g，酒石酸0.15 g，EDTA 0.025 g，高岭土2 g，甘油19 g，1.2-丙二醇8 g，CMC-Na红花水提溶液43 g，中药浸提物10 g。结论：按最佳基质处方配比制备的凝胶膏剂外观平整光滑，黏度适中，皮肤追随性好，性能良好。
