中药补肾活血方联合穴位贴敷治疗封闭抗体阴性复发性流产的疗效 及对患者IL—10、TGF—β1指标的影响(1)
摘要 目的：研究中藥补肾活血方联合穴位贴敷治疗封闭抗体阴性复发性流产的疗效及对患者IL-10、TGF-β1指标的影响。方法：选取2014年5月至2017年5月湖北省中医院收治的封闭抗体阴性复发性流产患者100例作为研究对象，根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组患者采用单独的中药补肾活血方治疗，观察组患者采用中药补肾活血方联合穴位贴敷治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后中医症候积分、IL-10、TGF-β1表达水平变化及封闭抗体转阳率、妊娠结局。结果：治疗后2组患者的中医证候积分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；2组治疗前的血清指标(IL-10、TGF-β1)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后，2组患者的血清IL-10、TGF-β1表达水平均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后观察组患者封闭抗体转阳率84.0%(42/50)高于对照组的62.0%(31/50)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者妊娠成功率82.0%(41/50)高于对照组的62.0%(31/50)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中药补肾活血方联合穴位贴敷治疗封闭抗体阴性复发性流产的疗效显著，能有效缓解中医症状，调节机体的免疫平衡及细胞因子水平，减轻炎性反应，提高妊娠成功率，值得临床推广。
