活血化瘀法与氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗创伤性膝骨性关节炎基质金属蛋白酶表达的影响(4)
本研究分别使用了2种方法来治疗创伤性膝骨关节炎，结果发现口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊和口服活血化瘀协定方汤剂均能有效的缓解患者的临床症状，并且这种治疗效果可能是归因于药物对关节液和血清中MMP的抑制效果。活血化瘀中药法总有效率高于盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊，可能是由于活血化瘀中药汤剂中复杂的中草药成分能够有效的抑制MMP1和MMP3的蛋白表达量，而盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊只能单一的抑制MMP3的蛋白表达量，从而有效的降低对软骨的破坏作用，缓解疾病的进程。
