宣肺平喘方对哮喘TGF-β1、Smad2、Smad7水平的影响研究(1)
摘要 目的：觀察宣肺平喘方对哮喘患者的治疗效果，及对TGF-β1、Smad2、Smad7水平的影响。方法：选取2016年3月至2017年3月广元市第二人民医院收治的哮喘患者80例为研究对象，根据其治疗方式分为对照组和观察组，每组40例，对照组给予常规药物治疗，观察组在此基础上给予宣肺平喘方治疗。观察2组患者的治疗效果，比较2组患者治疗前后肺功能、炎性反应因子、TGF-β1、Smad2、Smad7水平的差异。结果：观察组患者治疗的有效率为97.50%，明显高于对照组(χ 2=5.000， P =0.025);2组患者治疗前肺功能指标无差别，治疗后，观察组患者肺功能指标优于对照组;2组患者治疗前炎性反应因子水平无差别，治疗后，观察组IL-6、hs-CRP和TNF-α水平均低于对照组;2组患者治疗前TGF-β1、Smad2、Smad7水平无差别，治疗后，观察组TGF-β1、Smad2、Smad7水平均低于对照组。结论：宣肺平喘方对哮喘有较好的治疗效果，可明显改善患者的TGF-β1、Smad2、Smad7表达水平和肺功能，具有良好的临床应用价值。
