毛细管气相色谱法测定困龙镇痛喷雾剂中樟脑的含量

【摘要】 目的 建立气相色谱内标法测定困龙镇痛喷雾剂中樟脑含量的方法。方法 色谱柱HP-(二甲基聚硅氧烷)毛细管柱(0.53 mm×30 mm，2.65μm)；进样口温度200℃；检测器温度250℃；柱温70℃,以8℃/min的速率升温至190℃；以氮气为载气, 流速5 ml/min:氢火焰离子检测器, 内标物为α-蒎烯。结果樟脑进样量在0.01～0.10 μg的范围内呈良好的线性关系 (r=0.999 5),平均回收率为99.5%, RSD=2.15%(9例)。结论 所建方法便、快速、准确、可靠,可用于困龙镇痛喷雾剂中樟脑的含量测定。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method of determing camphor in Kunlongzhentong spray By CGC. Methods Using the capillary column gas chromatography with a flame - ionization detector and HP - 1 column (0.53 mm×30 mm，2.65μm).the injector temperature was 200℃,the detector temperature was 250℃,the initial column temperature was 70℃,then raised to 190℃ at the rate of 8℃/min,the carries gas was nitrogen and its rate was 5 ml/min,the internal standard was α-pinene.Results A linearity andcorrelation coefficient was yielded from in the range of 0 ......
