【摘要】 目的 总结非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎的诊治经验，提高治疗效果。方法 回顾性分析1995年1月至2005年12月收治的36例非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎患者的术前病情评估、治疗和术后随访资料。结果 36例非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎患者，其中真菌球型25例均在鼻内镜下手术治疗,变态反应型11例,鼻内镜下彻底清除病灶，并口服给予强的松，鼻腔内局部皮质类固醇激素。随访2～6年，36例在随访期内未见复发。结论 非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎分为两个亚型，即真菌球型、变态反应型。鼻内镜手术治疗为非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎首选治疗措施，其中变态反应型应综合治疗。

    【Abstract】 Objective To review the experience of diagnosis and treatment of the non-invasive nasal si-nus mycoses.
