【摘要】 目的通过中医药综合治疗和西医治疗结局的比较，评价缺血性中风急性期“风痰瘀血、痹阻脉络”证综合救治方案的有效性。 方法急性缺血性中风患者80例随机分成2组，2组在基础治疗相同的情况下，治疗组加用中医综合治疗。 结果随着时间的推移，2组间治疗组对改善患者生活质量的效果逐渐显现，而对照组RANKIN异常增加。 结论中医综合治疗方案对于急性缺血中风阴类证患者在治疗效果的提高及生活质量的改善上可能有一定意义。
