肝破裂救治120例临床分析(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨肝破裂内外科治疗的适应症和手术方式。方法 选择本院肝破裂的120例住院患者，进行早期诊断，选择适合的手术方式，统计再次手术的治愈率和病死率。结果 本组120例中治愈109例，死亡11例。结论 手术中应该清创彻底、止血严密和引流通畅。【关键词】 肝破裂； 并发症 ；分析；治疗

【Abstract】 Objective
To discuss the indicatio and operative approaches of the treatment for hepatorrhexis by physical and surgicae means.Methods The 120 inpatients with hepatorrhexis had been diagnosed and given proper operative.The curative ratio and death rafio of ratio of re-operation had been counted.Results 109 patients cuere recovered and 11 were died.Couclusion The debridement,hemostasis,drainage should be done completely during operative process.
