妊娠高血压综合征对新生儿出生结局的影响(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨妊娠高血压综合征对新生儿出生结局的影响。方法 收集2005-2007年间住院的妊娠高血压综合征(以下简称妊高征)产妇及新生儿病例资料进行回顾性分析，并将妊高征产妇分为轻、中重度妊高征，对其分娩的新生儿从胎龄、低出生体质量的发生率、新生儿窒息率、死亡或死胎发生率进行对比；以及3年内中重度妊高征产妇分娩的新生儿在以上几个方面进行对比。结果 中重度妊高征产妇分娩的新生儿早产、低出生体质量及新生儿窒息发生率均高于轻度组(P<0.05)。通过干预措施，中重度妊高征的发病率逐年降低，使该病对新生儿的影响逐渐减弱。结论 早期规律产检，尽早发现妊高征，及时进行干预，可有效降低妊高征，特别是中重度妊高征的发生率，从而降低新生儿窒息率及死亡率。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigatethe outcome of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome on the impact of birth.Methods To analyze retrospectively inter-hospital patient who had pregnancy-induced hypertension syndromeand neonatal clinical data in 2005-2007,withhigh maternal and pregnant divided into mild,moderate and severe pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.And comparedtheirnewborns from aspects of the gestational age,the incidence of low birth weight rate,the rate of neonatal asphyxia and the incidence of death or stillbirth.Results The rate ofthe newborn whose mother hadsevere high of pregnant mothers premature birth,low birth weight and neonatal asphyxia rates are higher than theose whose mother had mild pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome(P<0.05).Through interventions,severe pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome of the high incidence rate decreased year by year so that the impact of the disease to newborns gradually weakened.Conclusion Regular period care,the early detection of pregnancy-induced hypertension,timely intervention can effectively reduce pregnancy-induced hypertension,especially in severe pregnancy of the high incidence rate,thereby reducing neonatal mortality rate and suffocation. ......
