乳腺肿瘤超声表现与病理学对照分析(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨乳腺癌超声图像特征与病理诊断的关系，旨在提高乳腺癌超声定性诊断的准确性。方法 本文对46例经手术及病理证实为乳腺肿瘤超声图像特征与病理学诊断进行回顾性对照分析。结果 乳腺良性肿瘤超声图像边界较清楚，形状规则，内部回声均匀，血流为环绕型；而恶性肿瘤则相反。结论 乳腺肿瘤超声图像的界限、形状、内部回声、内部微小钙化灶及血流在鉴别乳腺肿瘤良、恶性方面有重要参考价值。
