【摘要】 目的 探讨外伤性脾破裂保脾治疗的应用。方法 回顾性分析150例行保脾治疗的外伤性脾破裂的临床治疗经过。结果 非手术治疗48例，手术治疗102例，均获临床治愈，随访无并发症发生。结论 在严格掌握适应证的前提下，保脾治疗为外伤性脾破裂的首选治疗方案。必要时采用多种方式保脾。

    Clinical analysis of spleen-conserving therapy for traumatic splenic rupture in 150 cases

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore application of preserving spleen in the treatment of splenic traumatic rupture.Methods Data of 150 cases of traumatic splenic rupture treated by spleen-conserving therapy were retrospectively analyzed.Results 48 cases accepted nonoperative management and 102 cases accepted operative management were all healing well. No complication was observed during follow-up period.Conclusion Spleen-conserving therapy may be the first choose for traumatic splenic rupture, as long as the indication was observed strictly. Combined splenic salvage can be used on certain conditions.
