【摘要】 目的研究在以咳嗽为主要临床表现的心力衰竭患者中应用抗生素治疗的疗效。方法 124例心力衰竭患者随机分为两组:对照组(62例)和抗生素治疗组(62例)。对照组应用强心、利尿、扩血管治疗,抗生素治疗组在上述治疗基础上,加用头孢噻肟钠4～6 g/d及左氧氟沙星针剂200 ml/d静脉应用。结果 治疗组与对照组之间显效率、有效率无统计学差异。结论 心衰患者抗生素治疗不是其必须措施,应用抗生素与否要视具体情况而定。
