【摘要】 了解医院处方用药的不合理现状,主要表现为药物配伍不合理;药物用法用量不合理;抗生素使用不合理及选药不合理等。临床医师应继续加强合理用药知识的学习,作为药师,除努力提高自身的专业素质外,更应该为患者的合理用药把好最后一道关,提高医师和药师合理用药水平。
