【摘要】 目的 讨论经直肠超声引导自动活检枪穿刺前列腺诊断前列腺癌。方法 ①直肠指诊阳性;②4ng/ml10 ng/ml共102例。在超声引导下,经直肠前列腺6点穿刺活检。结果 本组39例确诊为前列腺癌。结论 经直肠超声引导自动活检枪多点穿刺前列腺可为临床提供明确的前列腺癌组织学诊断,穿刺操作简便安全,取材成功率高。
