端坐位与仰卧位穿刺治疗乳腺囊性增生症的对比研究(1)

【摘要】 目的 观察比较端坐位和仰卧位穿刺治疗乳腺囊性增生症的效果。方法 治疗组患者采取端坐位穿刺不需要在B超引导下操作,医生直接按乳腺肿物进针抽液及细胞组织作细胞学检查及治疗。对照组患者取仰卧位在B超引导下进针抽液及细胞组织作细胞学检查。结果 治疗组150例,治愈92例,好转49例,未愈9例,有效率94%;对照组50例,治愈25例,好转23例,未愈2例,有效率96%;两组穿刺成功率、有效率无显著性差异(u=1.2344P>0.05)。结论 采用端坐位无B超引导下穿刺治疗乳腺囊性增生症,为患者开辟了一种新的简易微创、安全有效、方便实用的诊疗方法。
