替吉奥胶囊联合顺铂治疗晚期胃癌28例临床观察(1)

【摘要】 目的 观察替吉奥胶囊联(S-1)合顺铂治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法 初治和复治的晚期胃癌28例,替吉奥胶囊80 mg/(m2•d),2次/d,连服1 d,停药7 d;顺铂75 mg/m2,分3 d静脉滴注(第1、2、3天),21 d为1个周期,连用2周后评价疗效。结果 总有效率53.6%(15/28)。主要毒副反应为胃肠道反应、Ⅲ~Ⅳ度的白细胞减少各占7.2%(2/28)。结论 治疗晚期胃癌,替吉奥胶囊联合顺铂21 d方案是有效、经济和安全的。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of the combination of S-1 and cisplation in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric carcinoma.Methods 28 previous patients with advanced gastric carcinoma were treated with S-1 plus cisplatin.Chemotherapy consisted of S-1 80 mg/(m2•d)given orally twice a day on days 1 to 14 of a 21-day cycle,concurrently with cisplatin 75 mg/m2 intravenously from the first day to the third day,the evaluation of efficacy and toxicity were performed on all patients after 2 cycles ......
