应用前臂骨间后动脉皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损

【摘要】 目的 观察前臂骨间后动脉皮瓣I期修复手部软组织缺损的疗效。方法 2005年3月至2008年11月采用该皮瓣对45例手部皮肤缺损和肌腱骨外露创面进行修复,皮瓣面积6 cm×7 cm~10 cm×7 cm。结果 本组皮瓣全部成活,随访8~14个月,平均11.6个月。手部功能及皮瓣外观满意。结论 前臂骨间后动脉皮瓣质地良好,安全、简便、不吻合血管,成活率高,是修复手部软组织缺损较为理想的方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of the posterior interosseous artery flap for repairing softtissue defects of the hand, The flap ranged from 6×7 cm to 7×10 cm.Methods 45 clinical cases with soft tissue defects of the hand were repaired with the reversed posterior interosseous artery flap from March 1980 to November 2008.
