【摘要】 目的 探讨暗示疗法对癔病性失声症治疗方法、效果及心理护理。方法 对7例癔病性失声患者采用暗示疗法以及全程心理护理。结果 疗效满意者为5例,占总患者的71%;疗效欠佳者2例,占总病患率的21%。结论 心理护理是治疗癔病性失声症的关键,而暗示疗法的成功与否又在于医护人员与病患之间的默契配合。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore methods and effects of hysteria voice disorder treatment through suggestive therapy.Methods 7 patients with hysteria voice disorder were treated by suggestive therapy and mental nursing.5 patients were cured,the ratio was 71%.2 patients who accounted could cure the patients with systeria voice disorder and it could ensure success of suggestive therapy medical staff had a good comm.unication with patients.
