【摘要】 目的观察上睑下垂术后应用改良眼部包扎法预防并发症效果观察。方法 上睑下垂术后术眼额部用弹性绷带加压包扎,眼部用药眼膏要覆盖整个角膜,包眼时借助胶布拉力将下睑皮肤向眼球方向靠拢,以缩小角膜暴露范围。结果 126例142眼中,术后发生并发症为2.1%,继发性额部血肿2例,为患儿碰撞术眼额部所致,角膜上皮缺损 1例,为患儿不配合治疗,经常用手按压眼部敷料所致。结论 改良眼部包扎法运用于上睑下垂手术后的患者,方法简单,与以往的眼部包扎法相比,可有效防止继发性血肿及暴露性角膜炎的发生,并增加患者舒适度,提高了手术成功率,值得临床推广使用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of eye bandaging on preventing complications in ptosis surgery.Methods Frontal eye dressed with elastic bandage after ptosis surgery.Eye ointment medication must mulch the entire cornea.Use tape to pull the eyeball under the eyelid skin to move closer to the direction to narrow the scope of the cornea exposed when bandaging the eye.Results142 eyes in 126 cases,Complication rate was 2.1%.2 cases of children with secondary hematoma due to collisions caused by eye surgery.1 cases of Corneal epithelial defect due to children hand-pressing eye dressing.Conclusion New eye bandaging used after ptosis surgery was simple.Compared with previous eye bandaging,new eye bandaging can effectively prevent secondary hematoma and exposure keratitis to occur,bring the patients more comforts and improve the success rate.The new method is worthy of clinical. ......
