颅脑外伤术中急性脑膨出的临床分析
【摘要】 目的 探讨颅脑外伤手术中急性脑膨出的原因及防治方法。方法 回顾分析术中出现急性脑膨出患者23例及其相关临床资料。结果 术中继发颅内血肿形成,外伤致血管调节功能障碍，脑外伤后多种血管活性物质的释放，长时间脑疝后脑组织缺氧等是颅脑损伤中脑膨出的主要原因。结论 对各种原因所致术中急性脑膨出及时采取综合治疗措施可取得较好疗效。【关键词】
