【摘要】 思想政治工作是宣传党的路线、方针、政策的重要工具，在促进医院全面、协调和可持续发展中发挥着重要作用。本文结合实际，从践行科学发展观的角度，分析新医改形势下医院思想政治工作，以创先争优活动为契机，加强医德医风和医院文化建设，调动医务人员的积极性，探索医院思想政治工作新思路。

    【Abstract】 The ideological and political working is an important means to publicize the policy andguidance, which plays a key role during promoting hospital coordinate and sustainable development. Following the scientific thinking on development, we analyze the current situation of the hospital political working under the environment of new health care reform. Based on creating excellence, to strengthen the medical ethics and hospital culture construction, mobilize the activeness of medical staff. Combined with hospital context, this article proposes new approaches of ideological and political working.
