【摘要】 目的 建立祛瘀止痛胶囊中姜黄素的含量测定方法。方法 采用Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm)；流动相：乙腈4% 冰醋酸溶液(48∶ 52); 检测波长为430 nm；柱温30℃。结果 姜黄素进样量在0.0263～0.2104 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9994),样品平均回收率为98.0%，RSD=1.58%(n=6)。结论 此方法操作简便、快速、准确、可靠，可用于祛瘀止痛胶囊的质量控制。

Determination of Curcumin in Quyuzhitong Capsules by HPLC LI Tanhui,LUO Shufang.Department of Pharmacy,The TCM Hospital of Huidong Country,Huizhou 516300,China
【Abstract】 Objective To determine the content of Curcumin in Quyuzhitong capsules by HPLC.Methods Kromasil C18 columa(250 mm×4.6 mm) at room temperature was used with acetonitrile4% acetic acid solution(48:52) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 430nm. Results Curcumin showed good linear relationship at the range of 0.0263 μg～0.2104 μg(r=0.9994).The average recovery of Curcumin was 98.0%(RSD=1.58%,n=6). Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate, reliable and applicable for the quality control of Quyuzhitong capsules.
