小儿腹泻86例综合诊疗分析(1)

【摘要】 目的 通过分析小儿腹泻感染特点以及常规治疗效果，以期为今后此病的诊断以及更精确治疗提供一些建议。方法 回顾性分析2007年6月到2011年6月在我院进行治疗的86例腹泻患儿的临床资料，统计并分析他们的病菌感染特点以及常规治疗效果。结果 经过治疗本组86例患儿全部停止腹泻，其中慢性腹泻患儿5～7 d康复，平均6 d；迁延型腹泻患儿4～6 d康复，平均5 d，轻型腹泻患儿3～5 d康复，平均4 d；中重度腹泻4～8 d痊愈，平均6 d。86例患儿中，共检出病毒感染53例，占总患儿数61.63%，其中以轮状病毒为主，共36例，占总患儿数41.86%，细菌培养最终检验后，确认阳性共有24例，占总患儿数27.90%。结论 小儿腹泻，关键点之一是预防，家长应该给患儿一个良好的卫生环境，已经感染病菌并造成腹泻的小儿，医护人员应根据不同患儿症状建立合理的病菌检验体系以及治疗体系。

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis the characteristics about abdominal diarrhea and the routine treatment effect of children infected with, as to the diagnosis and treatment of more accurate offers some suggestions in the future. Methods Retrospective analysis 86 cases childrens clinical data from June 2007 to June 2011 in our hospital，analysis statistic and their characteristics based on common bacterial infection therapeutic effect. Results By treatment all of 86 cases stop diarrhea, including chronic diarrhea children 5~7 rehabilitation, average 6; One type of diarrhea 4~6 days to recover, average 5, light to children with diarrhea 3~5 days to recover, average 4; Moderate to severe diarrhea 4 to 8 recovered, the average 6 days. In 86 cases, detection of pathogens in 53, 61.63%, among them with rotavirus were mainly 36 cases, accounting for 41.86% of the total number of children, the germ training after final inspection, confirmed that there were positive, 24 cases were children of the total number of 27.90%. Conclusion The young child diarrhoea, one of the key point is to preventing, parents should give children a good health environment, and have infected bacteria cause diarrhoea and the children, health care professionals, should according to different symptoms of children of the build up reasonable germs inspection system ......
