肠造口用于直肠癌Miles术后护理研究
【摘要】 目的 指导帮助患者正视并参与肠造口的护理。 方法 通过对36例直肠癌术后肠造口的观察，针对性的实施心理护理、肠造口及其并发症的护理、人工肛门袋的正确使用方法以及相关知识的宣教及健康指导。 结果 掌握正确的使用人工肛门袋的方法，有效减少并发症的发生。 结论 术后正确的肠造口护理及护理指导是确保患者早日恢复正常的生活、工作，提高生活质量的关键。【关键词】 肠造口;直肠癌; Miles术; 护理
