氯喹那多普罗雌烯用于复发性真菌阴道炎的临床观察(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨应用氯喹那多普罗雌烯治疗复发性真菌阴道炎的临床治疗效果。方法 选取确诊复发性真菌阴道炎的200例患者， 遵照知情同意自愿原则随机分为两组， 均先给予强化治疗， 巩固治疗中对照组使用氟康唑， 观察组使用氯喹那多普罗雌烯。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为98.0%， 对照组为83.8%， 差异有统计学意义。结论 氯喹那多普罗雌烯是治疗复发性真菌阴道炎的有效药物， 值得推荐使用。
