异甘草酸镁治疗药物性肝炎疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察异甘草酸镁治疗药物性肝炎的疗效。方法 将90例患者分为两组， 分别为治疗组和对照组用治疗组和对照组进行治疗， 观察治疗前后肝功能的变化。结果 与对照组相比， 异甘草酸镁治疗药物性肝炎能明显降低谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、谷氨酰转酞酶、血清总胆红素(P<0.05或P <0.01)。结论 异甘草酸镁治疗药物性肝炎疗效肯定， 不良反应小。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of the treatment drug-induced hepatitis. Methods A total of 90 patients with drug-induced hepatitis were divided into two groups， treatment group and control group.observed changes in liver function before and after treatment. Results Compared with the control group，magnesuim isoglycyrrhizinat treatment can significantly reduce drug-induced hepatitis， alanine aminotransferase， Aspartate aminotransferase， glutamyl phthalocyanine enzymes， serum total bilirubin (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Treatment of of drug-induced hepatitis with magnesuim isoglycyrrhizinat is safe and effective.
