【摘要】 目的 探讨老年糖尿病患者并发低血糖症的因素及防治方法。方法 回顾性分析60例老年糖尿病并发低血糖症患者的临床资料， 对其原因进行分析， 总结防治对策。结果 60例患者经过紧急治疗后， 53例恢复正常， 6例处于昏迷状态， 1例因其他严重并发症死亡， 综合治愈率88.33%。结论 部分老年患者不合理使用降糖药或者联合应用降糖药物， 再加上不科学的生活习惯等都是导致低血糖症的原因， 科学规律的用药和正确的生活习惯可有效地防止低血糖症发生。
