【摘要】 目的 探讨丹参酮治疗青少年面部痤疮的临床疗效。方法 60例青少年面部痤疮患儿随机分为实验组与对照组， 各30例。实验组给予丹参酮治疗， 对照组给予盐酸克林霉素棕榈酸酯治疗。观察、比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果 实验组治疗总有效率93.33%高于对照组90.00%(P>0.05)。结论 丹参酮治疗青少年面部痤疮疗效优于盐酸克林霉素棕榈酸酯。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical effect by tanshinone in the treatment of adolescent facial acne. Methods A total of 60 adolescent facial acne patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group， with 30 cases in each group. The experimental group received tanshinone for treatment， and the control group received clindamycin palmitate hydrochloride. Clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The experimental group had higher total effective rate as 93.33% than 90.00% of the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Tanshinone provides better curative effects in treating adolescent facial acne than clindamycin palmitate hydrochloride.
