【摘要】 目的 分析微小乳头状甲状腺癌淋巴结转移的特点与手术清扫的必要性。方法 46例微小乳头状甲状腺癌患者， 分析其甲状腺癌淋巴结转移的特点， 并观察颈部淋巴结清扫术的治疗效果。结果 年龄、肿瘤原发灶数量、肿瘤直径、发病区域等均为微小乳头状甲状腺癌淋巴结转移的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。本组46例患者经治疗， 治愈44例， 治愈率为95.65%， 随访期间复发2例， 均经再次手术治愈， 随访期间无死亡病例。结论 微小乳头状甲状腺癌淋巴结转移的影响因素复杂， 行颈部淋巴结清扫术治疗的治愈率与安全性均较为理想。
