【摘要】 头痛是临床上常见内科病症， 发病率较高， 西医治疗方法有限， 按病因病机将头痛分为外感头痛与内伤头痛， 吕老认为本病发病以“风”为先导， 其所涉及的脏腑有肝胆、肾、脾等脏腑， 治疗本病， 首分外感内伤， “外风”所致的头痛治疗重在“祛风”， 内伤头痛多因“肝风”为主， 重在“熄风”。
