[摘要] 目的：观察解剖型钢板治疗股骨粗隆间纵裂粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法：应用解剖型钢板对16例患者行内固定治疗。结果：随访9个月～2年，优11例，良4例，可1例。优良率为93.75%。结论：通过解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨粗隆间纵裂粉碎性骨折疗效满意。

    Anatomical plate fixation of intertrochanteric fractures longitudinal

    [Abstract] Objective: To observe the anatomical plate in treatment of comminuted intertrochanteric longitudinal effect. Methods: The anatomical plate of 16 patients underwent fixation. Results: The patients were followed-up 9 months to 2 years, excellent in 11 cases, good in 4 cases, comment 1 case. Excellent rate was 93.75%. Conclusion: The anatomical plate fixation of intertrochanteric fractures longitudinal results are satisfactory.
