C-反应蛋白\腺苷脱氨酶\CA125糖类抗原在胸腔积液良恶性鉴别中的意义分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的:探讨C-反应蛋白、腺苷脱氨酶、CA125糖类抗原在胸腔积液良恶性鉴别中的意义。方法:选择本院胸腔积液患者90例,其中结核性胸腔积液30例,为A组;癌性胸腔积液患者30例,为B组;化脓性胸腔积液患者30例,为C组。检测3组患者胸腔积液中C-反应蛋白、腺苷脱氨酶、CA125糖类抗原水平。结果:①A、B组和C组中C-反应蛋白、腺苷脱氨酶、CA125糖类抗原均高于正常范围;②C-反应蛋白水平,C组高于A组和B组,A组高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③腺苷脱氨酶,A组和C组均高于B组(P<0.05),A组和C组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);④CA125糖类抗原,A组和B组均高于C组(P<0.05),B组高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:C-反应蛋白、腺苷脱氨酶、CA125糖类抗原联合检测有助于鉴别胸腔积液的良恶性。

    Analysis the identification of C reaction protein, adenosine deaminase and cancer antigen 125 in benign and m alignant pleural effussion

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the identification of C reaction protein, adenosine deaminase and cancer antigen 125 in benign and m alignant pleural effussion. Methods: 90 cases with pleural effussion were selected, and 30 cases were tuberculous pleural effussion, as group A; 30 cases were carcinomaous pleural effussion, as group B; 30 were purulence pleural effussion, as group C. The level of C reaction protein, adenosine deaminase and cancer antigen 125 was detected in three groups. Results: ①The level of C reaction protein, adenosine deaminase and cancer antigen 125 were higher than the normal level in three groups; ②The level of C reaction protein in group C was higer than that in group A and group B, and that in group A was higher than that in group B (P<0.05); ③Adenosine in group A and group C than that in group B (P<0.05); adenosine in group A was simila with that in group C (P>0.05); ④Cancer antigen 125 in group A and group B was higher than that in group C (P<0.05); cancer antigen 125 in group B was higher than that in group A (P<0.05). Conclusion: Joint detection of C reaction protein, adenosine deaminase and cancer antigen 125 is helpful to identify the benign and m alignant pleural effussion ......
