血清PON1活性与血管内皮功能改变在2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征中的协同作用(1)

     [摘要] 目的:探讨对氧磷酯酶1(PON1)的活性及血管内皮功能在2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并代谢综合征(MS)发生、发展中的作用机制。方法:将T2DM患者129例根据有无合并MS分为T2DM合并MS组(MS组,70例)和T2DM不合并MS组(NMS组,59例),另设对照组38例。比较各组的一般情况、血脂、糖代谢等生化指标和PON1、SVCAM-1的差异。结果:①MS组的血清PON1水平明显低于NMS组(P<0.01),且两组PON1水平均低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。②MS组的血清SVCAM-1水平明显高于NMS组(P<0.05),且两组SVCAM-1水平均高于对照组(P均<0.01)。③相关分析显示,血清PON1与收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)显著正相关,与高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、SVCAM-1显著负相关。结论:PON1与血管内皮功能障碍可能参与了T2DM合并MS的发生与发展。

    The synergistic effect of PON1 and endothelial dysfunction in T2DM complicating MS

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the role of serum Paraoxonase 1 (PON1) and the function of endotheliocytes in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicating metabolic syndrome. Methods: One hundred and twenty-nine patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups, T2DM with MS (MS group, n=70) and T2DM without MS (NMS group, n=59), the control group included 38 healthy subjects. General condition, lipid profiles, glycometabolism parameters, other serum biochemical parameters PON1 and SVCAM-1 were detected and compared. Results: ①The PON1 levels in T2DM patients with MS were significantly lower compared with patients without MS (P<0.01), and the PON1 levels in patients with T2DM were lower than those in the control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05) respectively. ②The SVCAM-1 levels in T2DM patients with MS were significantly higher compared with patients without MS(P<0.05), and the SVCAM-1 levels in patients with T2DM were higher than those in the control group(P<0 ......
