依卡倍特钠联合三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的：研究依卡倍特钠对消化性溃疡的疗效。方法：回顾性分析2009年10月～2011年6月在本院明确诊断为消化性溃疡且Hp(+)的患者183例。将183例患者随机分成A、B两组，A组应用标准三联疗法，B组应用依卡倍特钠加用标准三联疗法。治疗期间以疼痛缓解作为判断症状改善的指标，疗程结束后复查胃镜观察溃疡愈合情况，4周后行快速尿素酶试验观察Hp清除情况。结果：经过分组治疗后，A组症状缓解总有效率为77.4%，溃疡愈合率为41.9%，总有效率为82.8%，Hp清除率为80.6%；B组症状缓解总有效率为92.2%，溃疡愈合率为70.0%，总有效率为94.4%，Hp清除率为91.1%。两治疗组比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：依卡倍特钠能够显著提高消化性溃疡的疗效，并提高幽门螺杆菌的清除率，值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on the effect of Eka Brilliant Sodium combined with triple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer

[Abstract] Objective: To study the effect of Eka Brilliant Sodium in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods: One hundred and eighty three patients diagnosed as peptic ulcer and Hp (+) in our hospital from October 2009 to June 2011 were retrospectivly analyzed, and they were randomly divided into 2 groups. Standard triple therapy was applied in group A, Eka Brilliant sodium plus standard triple therapy was used in group B. During the treatment, pain relief was considered as an indicator to determine the improvement of symptoms. The condition of ulcer healing was detected by endoscopy after treatment. Four weeks after treatment, the condition of Hp clearance was detected by rapid urease test. Results: After group therapy, the total effective rate of symptom relief of group A was 77.4%, ulcer healing rate was 41.9%, the total effective rate was 82.8%, Hp clearance rate was 80.6%; and those of group B were 92.2%, 70%, 94.4%, 91.1% respectively, and there were significantly differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Eka Brilliant Sodium can significantly improve the efficacy of peptic ulcer and increase the clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori. It is worth of promotion.
