[摘要] 随着对医院院内感染研究的不断深入，新生儿重症监护的管理已越来越受重视。由于新生儿免疫功能尚不成熟，使新生儿容易患感染性疾病，尤其是呼吸道、消化道和皮肤感染性疾病是新生儿期主要发病和死亡原因。开展新生儿监护室感染控制的护理培训与护理管理必不可少。

    [Abstract] With the study of the hospital nosocomial infection deepening, more and more neonatal intensive care management has been increasing.
