     [摘要] 目的 规范门急诊处方点评工作，促进临床合理用药。 方法 对本院2012年1月～2013年12月的门急诊处方点评并进行分析。 结果 2012年门急诊处方合格率为97.62%，2013年门急诊处方合格率上升到98.92%，平均每张处方用药品种数由2012年的2.63下降到2013年的2.45，抗菌药物使用率、注射剂使用率由2012年的32.00%、26.83%下降到2013年的30.83%、25.94%。 结论 通过持续处方点评，本院门急诊处方的质量有所提高，但抗菌药物使用率、注射剂应用率还有待进一步干预。
