     [摘要] 目的 探讨甘草酸二铵注射液的处方筛选、制备工艺、影响因素试验，确定产品的最佳处方和工艺。 方法 通过对不同pH值、药用炭用量的筛选确定最佳处方，并对所生产的产品进行影响因素试验。 结果 确定甘草酸二铵注射液在pH为6.5～7.5，活性炭用量为0.1%，按此工艺生产的产品对光照和高温均比较稳定。 结论 本研究研制的甘草酸二铵注射液的工艺处方合理，质量稳定。
