[摘要]目的 以龙血竭为主药，制备一种具有活血化瘀、消肿止痛等功效的新型剂型，为临床用药提供新的用药选择。方法 以成膜性、均匀性、成膜时间为考察指标，采用单因素实验和正交实验方法筛选龙血竭喷雾膜剂的辅料及组成。结果 龙血竭喷雾膜剂最优的处方为：4.0%龙血竭药粉用量，4.0%聚维酮K30、0.1%羟丙甲纤维素为成膜材料，75%乙醇适量。结论 龙血竭喷雾膜剂的制备工艺稳定，方法简单，制备的产品符合规定。
