血液透析治疗老年肾衰竭患者的临床效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨血液透析治疗在老年肾衰竭患者中的临床效果。方法 选取2013年1月～2016年12月我院收治的100例老年肾衰竭患者作为研究对象，根据电脑随机分配原则分为观察组和对照组，每组各50例。观察组采用血液透析治疗，对照组采用常规治疗，比较两组的存活率、临床各指标水平、并发症总发生率及治疗总有效率。结果 观察组患者的存活率为96.00%，高于对照组的70.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者治疗后的尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)水平低于对照组，血红蛋白(Hb)、血清总蛋白(TP)水平高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血液透析治疗老年肾衰竭患者效果显著，能显著提高患者的存活率，同时改善各项临床指标，降低并发症的发生，值得推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of hemodialysis in elderly patients with renal failure. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with renal failure admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects， they were divided into observation group and control group， according to the principle of computer random allocation， with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with hemodialysis， while the control group was treated with routine therapy. The survival rate， clinical indicators， the total incidence of complications and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The survival rate of the observation group was 96.00%， which was higher than 70.00% of the control group， the difference was significant (P<0.05). After treatment， the levels of BUN and Cr in the observation group were lower than those in the control group， and the levels of hemoglobin (Hb) and total serum protein (TP) were higher than those in the control group， the differences were significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， the difference was significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group， the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Hemodialysis treatment of elderly patients with renal failure has a significant effect， can significantly improve the survival rate of patients， improve the clinical indicators， reduce the incidence of complications， it is worthy of promotion and application.

腎衰竭是临床一种十分严重的疾病，研究资料显示，随着我国人口逐渐呈老龄化趋势，导致我国老年肾衰竭的发病人数不断增加，若治疗不及时或治疗不当，易威胁患者的生命安全，进而对其预后造成影响[1]。对于老年肾衰竭患者来说，其机体抵抗力较差，同时合并较多基础性疾病，易导致其治疗后并发症的发生。对于如何选择安全有效的治疗方式为临床广泛关注的话题[2]。本院通过对血液透析治疗的老年肾衰竭患者的临床价值进行探讨，现报道如下。
