[摘要]雌激素在生殖内分泌疾病的治疗中应用广泛，其适合剂量、疗效及副作用因人而异。以雌激素的生理药理作用为基础，从性、味、归经、升降浮沉及有无毒性五个方面分析雌激素的中药药性，认为雌激素具有滋补肾阴功效，属寒凉药性，在五味应属甘苦，归肝、肾经，属沉降药，合理选用雌激素制剂是安全无毒的。明确目标西药的中药药性可以实现根据证型不同而施治有别，有助于个体化治疗。
