[摘要]本文系统阐述了护理专业学位研究生培养模式发展至今的现状及存在的问题，通过结合大健康时代的政策方针与社会需求，分析问题存在的原因并提出合理有效的应对措施。同时，从我国高校护理专业培养人才和社会发展对于高级护理人才的实际需求出发，探究大健康视角下护理专业学位研究生培养模式的构建与完善方式，为下一阶段护理专业型研究生的创新型、驱动型培养模式提供理论依据与实践经验，以期助力推动我国护理专业学位研究生事业的繁荣发展。
