【摘要】目的结合临床实践经验，探讨前后路联合手术治疗腰骶段脊柱结核的临床疗效。方法2001年1月～2009年12月期间，笔者所在医院共收治腰骶段脊柱结核患者36例，采用总结回顾分析法，将研究对象的临床资料进行研究，并与经治医师、责任护士共同探讨病例，前后路联合手术治疗腰骶段脊柱结核的临床疗效。结果本次研究中的36例患者，其伤口均一期愈合，有3例患者出现交感神经链损伤致双下肢皮温差异。患者经6个月～3年，平均(18.43±2.17)个月随访，植骨均融合满意，融合时间6～8个月，平均(6.33±0.37)个月，无结核病灶复发，下肢疼痛、麻木、无力的情况完全恢复，腰骶疼痛症状消失，其生活恢复正常，可从事一般体力劳动。结论前后路联合手术治疗腰骶段脊椎结核疗效确切，且具有明显优越性，值得临床推广应用。
