经尿道电切术与经膀胱摘除术治疗良性前列腺增生的安全性及疗效分析(1)

【摘要】目的评价前列腺经膀胱摘除术(SPPC)和经尿道电切术(TURP)治疗良性前列腺增生症的安全性和疗效。方法良性前列腺增生患者153例，根据治疗方法分为SPPC组72例和TURP组81例，术后随访6个月~2年，记录并分析患者术前、术后术中相关临床指标。结果术前两组的一般情况差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。SPPC组的手术时间、术中出血量、膀胱冲洗时间、置留导尿管时间、住院天数、并发症的发生率明显大于TURP组(P<0.05)。术后两组的IPSS、Qmax较术前明显改善(P<0.01)。两组均发生勃起功能障碍1例，TURP组发生逆行性射精3例，两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论TURP治疗良性前列腺增生症疗效和安全性均高于SPPC，具有创伤少，出血少，术后恢复快等优点，值得进一步推广。
